Awarded Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy.

• Worked with the charity Touched By Suicide for 6 years
  
• Currently working with The Hope Cancer Support Centre Enniscorthy and have worked in my private practice since 2014.

My Counselling Approach

The cornerstone of the counselling is the relationship between client and counsellor providing a non-judgemental environment where one feels heard and supported: it is a safe place to explore difficult feelings and emotions.

I work in an eclectic manner, drawing from different schools of therapy to benefit the client.

I work with a range of issues including: abuse, anger, anxiety, bereavement, cancer diagnosis or people affected by cancer, critical or terminal illness, child related issues, depression, general counselling, grief, loss, mental health issues, personal development, relationships, sexuality, self esteem / confidence, self harm, transgender, trauma, women issues and work related issues.
